Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store (smilgastraps.eu) must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a provision is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

Distance Contract

The owner of the website "SMILGA STRAPS" IK (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), registration No. 40002213834, legal address Latvia, Rezekne Municipality, Dricani Parish , Putani, Liepkalni, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order. The content of the website is the property of the company, and any reproduction or use of the information must be agreed with the company. All rights are reserved.

Delivery and Payment Procedure

The Buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools embedded in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

If the goods sent to the Buyer are damaged or do not correspond to what was indicated in the order, please contact us at [email protected]. In the email, please provide the order number, recipient, and send us photos so we can verify what exactly happened and how we can resolve the situation most effectively. Please provide this information within 30 days of placing the order. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.

Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, or if instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the provided data will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the provided email address.
